1. Mon Ami Gabi – Las Vegas

Mon Ami Gabi is located inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant has been in operation since 1999 and features French bistro-style food. It’s open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

An assortment of gluten-free items are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, there’s the fruit & berry bouquet, gluten-free eggs benedict, and ham & cheese buckwheat crepe, to name a few. You can also request gluten-free French toast and waffles as well.

For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy the classic steak tartare, trout almondine, roast chicken a la grand-mère, and hand-cut frites, among several others. To browse Mon Ami Gabi’s menus, click here.

2. Elixir Superfood & Juice – Reno

Elixir Superfood & Juice is located in Midtown Reno and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition to being 100% gluten-free, Elixir is also vegetarian/vegan and paleo-friendly, and it uses healthy, local, organic ingredients. Some of the most recommended items on the menu are the Thai Buddha Bowl, Ahi Poke Bowl, and Acai Bowl. There’s an option to create your own bowl if you’re craving a specific combination of veggies, rice, greens, protein, toppings, and dressing.

Blended Elixirs (smoothies) and Blended Bowls are available and include variations like Maca Mint Chip, Acai You, Blue Magic, and The Dragon Bowl. There’s a kids’ menu, cold-pressed juices, Elixir shots, hot Elixirs, energy bars, and more. I don’t know about you, but I feel healthier even just reading through the menu! 3. Starburst Parlor – Las Vegas

Las Vegas’s Starburst Parlor is operated by a mother and son duo who run the gluten-free/keto-friendly bakery together. They’re serving up both savory and sweet items, including pizza, bagels, sandwiches, danishes, cookies, biscuits, muffins, cupcakes, seasonal desserts, and cheesecake. 4. Flower Child – Henderson

Located in Henderson, Flower Child’s menu has an assortment of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Some GF salads include the turkey & avocado cobb, ginger crunch miso, and chopped vegetables. If you’re looking for something a little more hearty, locals recommend the chicken enchiladas and Peruvian braised beef. And, if you’re anything like me, you always have to finish the meal with something sweet, like a double chocolate almond brownie or a slice of lemon olive oil cake.

Flower Child is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

5. Great Full Gardens – Reno & Sparks

Great Full Gardens Cafe & Eatery has several locations in Nevada, including three in Reno and one in Sparks, and hours vary at each. Here are just a few of the delicious dishes you can try when visiting any of the Great Full Gardens locations: Juli’s Bfast Tacos, Huevos Pupusa, Paleo Bfast Bowl, Teriyaki Bowl, Great Full Caprese, Pollo Taco Salad, Chips & Dip, and Fruit Crisp.

6. Squeeze In – Carson City, Las Vegas, Reno, South Reno, Fernley, Sparks

Nevada is the place to be if you’re gluten-free! Squeeze In has several locations throughout the state. Burgers can be made GF by asking your server for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, or you can opt for anything on the menu that has the designated gluten-free symbol next to its name. These include things like the Wild Whitney salad, Troy’s Twice Bake Scramble, and Root Veggie Breakfast Bowl.

Omelets are another great allergy-friendly option, as you can just skip the side of toast. Some of the local favorites include The Popeye omelet, which is made with fresh mushrooms, spinach, and Jack cheese, and The Spanish Flay (a tribute to celebrity chef Bobby Flay), which features chorizo, potatoes, peppers, and Jack cheese.
