After examining the security footage, the tapes were handed over to the Portland police for further investigation. The police have yet to confirm this sighting.
One-year-old Roman Huizar is described as 2-feet-6 and 25 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Elias Huizar, 39, is 5-feet-6, 170 pounds, and also has brown hair and eyes.
