The initiative is expected to be completed by October 2025, with an estimated conversion of 633,334 documents and 1.9 million images.
Additionally, the county has enhanced its pre-defined evacuation maps, creating an interactive tool that integrates with the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs. This publicly accessible map allows users to view the status of evacuation zones and search for specific addresses, helping both responders and the public during emergency events.
