1. Brightleaf Flea Market
Brightleaf Flea Market features more than 100,000 square feet of indoor market space, including a fresh vegetable market. Vendors sell everything from clothing, including for quinceañeras, work uniforms, and western wear, to furniture, hardware, electronics, appliances, and specialty items, such as antiques, pool and air hockey tables, car parts, and custom candles.
The market also has multiple restaurants and concession stands to satisfy any food cravings you may have while shopping. Additionally, it hosts clinics that provide services such as alcohol and substance abuse counseling, medical screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure, and HIV, flu shots, and dental care.

2. Cooks Flea Market
Cooks Flea Market is North Carolina’s largest indoor flea market, with more than 500 booths housed inside a former tobacco warehouse. There are no limits to what you may find at this market, created back in 1982. Vendors sell everything from clothes and jewelry to traditional African art and Middle Eastern fragrances.
If you work up an appetite while exploring this massive market, there are multiple food vendors spread throughout the space selling a wide range of items, from hot dogs and ice cream to globally inspired dishes.

3. Downeast Marketplace
Downeast Marketplace has more than 150 unique vendor booths, and many sellers restock their booths daily, so there are always new products to check out. Inside, customers will find an extensive selection of items for sale, ranging from baby clothes and upcycled furniture to unique knick-knacks and artwork.
The space is also pet-friendly, with one coffee bar vendor giving out pup cups for four-legged marketgoers.

4. Durham Green Market
Local growers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs set up shop at Durham Green Market every weekend, selling fresh produce, fine jewelry, clothing, electronics, tools, and more. The market, which has vendor booths set up indoors and outdoors, also features several food trucks and occasionally hosts family-friendly events.

5. Smoky Mountain Event Center Indoor Flea Market
The once-monthly Smoky Mountain Event Center Indoor Flea Market houses more than 120 booths for shoppers to discover. Items for sale range from used books, toys, and crafts to housewares, vintage clothing, and artwork.
The on-site Apple Orchard Cafe serves breakfast and lunch.

6. Tar River Flea Market
The Tar River Flea Market has more than 41,500 square feet of indoor shopping space with more than 100 vendors, plus room for another 100 outside vendors. As is the case with most flea markets, the goods on offer are varied and unique. On any given day, shoppers may find vintage jewelry, gaming equipment, collectable action figures, cowboy boots, or kitchen appliances.
There is also a snack bar, known for serving hand-dipped ice cream, as well as other rotating food vendors.

7. The Raleigh Market
The Raleigh Market has received high praise from numerous publications, including CNN, which dubbed it one of the best flea markets in the U.S., and Country Living, which included it in its list of the best antique and vintage shows in the country. The market is held on the North Carolina State Fairgrounds and is home to more than 500 vendors. Shoppers can expect to find a wide array of items ranging from power tools to high-end antiques to used books.
Hungry bargain hunters can refuel at any of the many food trucks and farm stands.
Note: At the time of writing, the indoor market is temporarily closed for repair, with a tentative reopening date scheduled for late spring. The outdoor market remains open during repairs.

8. Webb Road Flea Market
Whether you’re looking for retro furniture, artisan jewelry, or one-of-a-kind memorabilia, you’re likely to find it at Webb Road Flea Market. Established in 1985, the market has 130,000 square feet of covered and indoor shopping space, plus 250 outdoor spaces and three restaurants.
Inside the 10 main market buildings, you’ll find at least 200 permanent vendors hawking clothing and accessories, electronics, furniture and home decor, sporting goods, tools, candles, leather goods, and more.

9. 311 Flea Market
The 311 Flea Market is an indoor-outdoor market with more than 40 vendors inside and more than 250 outside. Some vendors are permanent, such as The Old Candle Factory, while others are seasonal. Marketgoers will find a large selection of goods, from tools and appliances to produce and clothing. Snacks and beverages are available at several food stalls.
The market also hosts occasional events, such as its Fall Halloween Celebration, which featured live music, a costume contest, a motorcycle show, and edible treats.
